We had a huge move! 3 26 foot trucks and 8 guys over 2 days. The crew at Diamond Movers handled everything with efficiency, professionalism, and care for our items. We were so impressed with the way they packaged, wrapped, and transported our massive amount of crap! Moving is so stressful but Diamond Movers made it as smooth and enjoyable as possible. We’ve had some terrible experiences with other companies in the past so we were dreading another move. But this was a completely different experience. Almas and his team are legit. I would hire them again and recommend them to my family. I can’t say enough great things about them. They’re the real deal!

The movers were on time and very efficient. They worked the entire time. They were very detail oriented and made sure the furniture was wrapped and safely secure. Very friendly and helpful. By far best movers I have used. I felt the price was fair for the amount of work they did and the distance. Recommend them hands down. Thanks guys I appreciate all your help.

I am really impressed with this company. I don’t know where you find such hard working employees. I watched these guys kill themselves all day and they just kept going. We needed help with a last minute move and they came through for us. Thank you guys for everything.

I can’t say enough about the men who did my move. They worked so hard and only stopped for 1 break which was well deserved. If I ever move again which I hope never happens. I would hire them. I’d definitely highly recommend them.

I am absolutely thrilled by the service and professionalism by the team from Diamond Movers. They arrived on time, were polite and helpful and courteous.
We were quoted 6.5 hours and ended up finishing 1 hour early. All while moving from two story to a three story house with spiraled stairs. It is definitely worth paying for proper service when it comes to moving your valuables.

Quick efficient move. Very quick to reply with quote. Adjusted dates quickly based on my changing needs. Arrived early to drop off point. Would hire again for future moves.
Not sure if this is common knowledge but full payment is expected upon pick up, including tip. I thought tip was at drop off.

Three awesome guys (Mike, Sam, Rino) with a big truck! Get ready to learn some Russian. Pretty easy going and reliable. They have everything you need- shrink wrap, wardrobe boxes, etc. Definitely recommend

I had a great experience with Diamond Movers, they are very professional, fast and friendly!! I booked the day before and luckily they had availability for a reasonable price, and they showed up right on time (we were given a 8-10am time frame and they were there at 8am!). Nothing was damaged, they finished everything within the estimated time and wore masks the entire time which I really appreciated. Thank you!

Kenny and his crew did a great job. We gave them the challenge of getting a piano up multiple flights of stairs and they made it happen! Their time estimate was spot on and they were all very friendly and courteous. I would happily use them again.

We had to pack and move half our stuff so we could ” stage” our house. So for the second stage we decided to get a full service move- packing, moving and unloading.
The contract I had to sign was VERY SPECIFIC when it came to covering the company- but when I had someone come to the house to give me a firm estimate and he only wanted to give me a ballpark figure- eventually he agreed to a max rate- but it was higher than the bid- and when I asked for it in writing he kept saying he was pretty sure that the price was about right.
They arrive within a 2 hour window- and were there 40 min in- but the first thing the guy says it that it will take longer- so I tell him about the contract and he says it will take longer, and I tell him about the contract- and he says he didn’t make the assessment- and I tell him he should have and I don’t want them to do the job if they don’t stick to the time… and to finish. He makes a phone call and agrees to to the agreement- whew!
Having 4 movers sounded great for my 4 bedroom condo with sheds- but only one spoke to me – the others said they didn’t speak English- which means they couldn’t label the boxes other than the room they were going to- that turned out to be a big hassle not being able to find things later. I suggest writing on them yourself as they finish each box- but with 4 guys this was too hard and you need to be able to give them instructions and find things as they pack up- I worked all day packing the more fragile and weird shaped items- they asked me to pack my monitor.
There were some questions about it I wanted to some bring cords etc- of course!
They wrapped all my furniture carefully and everything was loaded up. They brought everything in- and mostly where it belonged-yay!
I tried to accompany them in for the heavier furniture- since I had just had all the wall painted in the new house- but later I found some scratches-darn!
But when unpacking I found a lot of things over done- individually wrapped soft plastic cups and tupperware… really? But then some more fragile items were thrown in together, and even dumped upside down.
n the end the cost was a little less than the estimate- but the guy asked me to give a larger tip for each of them- so with that it was just a little over.
So not terrible- but definitely some things to look out for.

Jim, Danny, and Reno were so wonderful! Very polite, fast, and they moved our two heavy pianos with ease! They also came wearing masks which made us feel safe during quarantine. They are also so friendly as well! Diamond Movers is lucky to have amazing hardworking movers like Jim, Danny, and Reno! I’ll be sure to hire and request them specifically again anytime that we need any moving services! They were a pleasure to work with.

I needed to relocate from San Diego, CA to Hayward, CA because I got a new job. Al was the manager helping me get everything coordinated and planned. The process from getting the estimate, disassembling and picking up my belongings, delivering, unloading, and reassembling my furniture was very pleasant and super efficient. I got a quote from a couple other companies and Diamond Movers had the best price. Hands down best moving experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend using Diamond Movers if you’re in need of moving services.

These guys were awesome. They showed up on time as scheduled and went straight to work. They took care of my furniture like is was there own and paid special attention to not damage anything. There were polite, professional and made sure that I was completely satisfied before they finished the job. Everything was put back together in my new place just like it was in my old place. Highly recommend these guys and they were honest about all charges with no hidden fees. Would definetly use them again.

We recently moved & a friend asked if we would recommend the moving company I used to which I responded “ONE THOUSAND PERCENT!”. The crew we had were four guys who did not stop working (except for one small break). They were on time, professional, made sure nothing was damaged, used a spotter to make sure nothing was accidentally knocked.. I can’t say enough good things! We also had to push our date once & our timing another time to which Al happily changed. Very thankful for these guys!
