Absolutely amazing. I’m so impressed with this company, from start to finish. We had made an appointment for a local move, and the day of we ran into some issues due to an unforeseen and tragic family issue with the owner of the company. Despite this, they somehow managed to find movers for us THE SAME DAY! I’m so thrilled with the professionalism, customer service, and quality of work from Diamond Movers. The three man team worked quickly and took great care of all our belongings, were super nice and helpful, and worked well past 7pm to accommodate us. Look no further, this is the most professional and affordable moving company in the area and they will go above and beyond to help you! 10/10, wonderful.

Almas from Diamond movers was the best in my out of state moving. They are great in communication, reliable and safe. They gave me the best quote in the San Diego area and I would absolutely use them again. They even sent some of my furniture to goodwill too! I highly recommend.

We just had our first move, and what a delight. Thomas, Rynard, and John were so helpful, and told me “please just relax, and enjoy your move”. I thought I had requested packing assistance in the quote, but didn’t! But they stepped right in and took care of everything. All our stuff showed up well taken care of, just like us. They worked so hard to make sure we were happy.

Our moving team was phenomenal! We had 7 flights of stairs to maneuver around and they took great care of our belongings. They were very professional, prompt, and efficient. We highly recommend Diamond Movers!

Unfortunately Diamond Movers missed the mark for my move. Had I known some information that was withheld upfront I would not have booked them for this specific move. In my request for a quote I specifically indicated I have large heavy furniture. Not once was I told prior to my reservation that there was in fact a ‘”heavy furniture” fee until the movers onsite told me themselves after they had already moved two of my “heavy” pieces into my POD on my driveway. They told me anything 200lbs or more was $150 EACH to move. So I told them to leave those items and not touch them which was A LOT of pieces plus I had indicated in my request for a quote that I also had a washer/dryer and refrigerator/freezer to move (which are well over 200lbs and no mention of this “heavy fee” upfront). Unfortunately I have to book a different mover for these items which is wasting time as we are closing escrow this week and need to be out of the house. There was also a small hole in the wall that was made by the 4 guys moving a sofa bed from the second floor to the main floor. They positioned the feet of the bed towards the wall, not away from the wall, which resulted in a hole and scraping along the wall that had to be patched up and fixed so our new buyers won’t have a banged up wall. I do understand accidents happen but positioning feet or legs or anything that will scrape or gouge a wall is not best practice to move items. The four guys that arrived did work diligently for 4 hours, however, I would only recommend them to move “small” light furniture pieces and some boxes. Another mishap of the crew which was very odd was any box or furniture piece that had directions to “keep this side up” indicated also with an up arrow or “do not turn on side” or “do not place upside down” they did just that they turned complete boxes and furniture pieces upside down for no apparent reason. The method to move these items, turned upside, from inside the house which were only to be moved to 2 PODS in the driveway was kind of odd to all of us watching it. Only one of the PODS was packed well and secure, the other POD we had to rearrange ourselves after the movers left. It had a lot of dining chairs and bar stools that were not secure or held in place just placed on top of other bulkier furniture and as soon as we touched them they all moved and shifted so we had to secure them in place. All in all it was not a complete disaster but definitely they were not the right movers for this specific move.

John and his crew were prompt and careful with our move. When extra supplies were needed they didn’t hesitate and saved us a ton of time. A 4 bedroom house needed to be boxed and moved and they delivered! I’d recommend them to anyone who needs a fast reliable moving team. Also constantly made sure our stuff was packed to our liking and put where we wanted it. Special thanks to Amir for packing my 98 year old Gma’s room and keeping her valuables in tact! She was impressed which is hard to do at her age! Thanks again guys!

Unfortunately, new and old trucks break down from time to time and we can not change anything instantly, but as soon as the truck broke down, we immediately made a request to replace the vehicle.
Please be advised we are located in Oceanside and in order to get downtown it may takes up to two hours.
Eventually we provided 3 men+1 truck for $89/h.
Once again we are really apologize for that inconvenience and we would like to speak with you to resolve any questions.

Professional, kind and great service. One of the team members came and looked at my apartment for free to make an estimate one day before. That was very kind. They were on time, and finished within the time frame they promised. I will use their service again when I move!

We’re a military family, so we know movers well. These guys are incredible, affordable, and will not disappoint! Matt and AZ were fast, efficient, professional and the nicest guys imaginable. They made sure our special requests were met and they totally went the extra mile for us!! I highly recommend and will be sure to refer and use them again if needed.

Last minute move, 3 story townhome to another 3 story townhome. We have two very large sofas and dressers not to mention a ton of heavy boxes.
These guys were hands down the best movers we have ever had, and that is saying a lot when we’re retired military and this was out 20th move.
Not only were they fast, professional and courteous, the bill was a good $400 less than I was expecting. Bravo Diamond Movers, we will call you next time.
