These guys were great! I would not hesitate to hire them, but since I’m never moving again (way too much work) you should hire them! They had a team of guys and while moving all our stuff, they didn’t break anything & were super careful. I even had to postpone my moving date and they were accommodating with that as well. An excellent job all around.

I am very glad I found Diamond Movers. They sent three men and a truck to help me move my things from a house and a storage into my new small condo. Unfortunately, it took double the amount of time they quoted originally but they worked hard and were a wonderful group of guys.

I needed to relocate from San Diego, CA to Hayward, CA because I got a new job. Al was the manager helping me get everything coordinated and planned. The process from getting the estimate, disassembling and picking up my belongings, delivering, unloading, and reassembling my furniture was very pleasant and super efficient. I got a quote from a couple other companies and Diamond Movers had the best price. Hands down best moving experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend using Diamond Movers if you’re in need of moving services.

We recently moved & a friend asked if we would recommend the moving company I used to which I responded “ONE THOUSAND PERCENT!”. The crew we had were four guys who did not stop working (except for one small break). They were on time, professional, made sure nothing was damaged, used a spotter to make sure nothing was accidentally knocked.. I can’t say enough good things! We also had to push our date once & our timing another time to which Al happily changed. Very thankful for these guys!

Moving is always stressful. Moving during a quarantine is added stress. Owner contacted me quickly and was flexible when day had to be changed.
3 guys and a truck showed up early and moved various items from 2 small storage units. We then had to stop at my old residence to get patio chair and more items before going to new place. My main concern was a heavy glass table and piano- which was a relief to see moved safely.
I wasn’t clear that this was a cash transaction so I had some scrambling as end bill was almost double the estimate I was given. Not sure why- workers were a little slow but everything got done as I requested and I believe all in good condition.
I did not like the pressure to write a review as they were leaving. Actually asked me to go online while they were standing there. I said no. I’m a 60 year old woman that did a move on my own and it was a long day. I promised a review- on my time when I can digest the move.
Overall, movers on time, polite, and did all I asked. I was pleased they set up my new adjustable bed in record time which allowed me to sleep in a bed that night. No small thing after moving.

The Diamond movers team was great! They arrived early around 8:30am to move furniture from a storage unit into our new home. The team was really polite and professional and they worked really hard the entire move. We just had the house painted and none of the walls were dinged which is amazing. There were a few accidental scratches on the wood floor but luckily we plan to redo them in the future so this didn’t bother us.
I would recommend them and work with them again.

The guys did a good job wrapping & protecting my furniture. The were respectful in both my homes.
I however don’t like signing my name to a hand held gadget where I have no idea what I’m signing. This is how it’s done everywhere now, I know, but I don’t like it. You’re signing a box on a screen with absolutely no information.

Movers did a good job moving our items 2x. Why I gave a low score is because of how pushy they are with leaving a tip. Like he demanded at least 25%. I was definitely put on the spot and it did NOT leave a good taste in my mouth. I read online later that tipping movers is not that much is not expected.

I found Diamond movers here on Yelp. Allow me to add another 5 star review for their moving services. They showed up on time, kept their masks on the entire time (which makes working even more difficult). I was impressed how the three movers worked so well together, moving my belongings efficiently but also with care. My move start to finish, boxes and furniture, was completed in five hours, very close to the estimate. I also like their reservation system and paying a deposit. There was never a worry that they may not show up. With text alerts, you know the moment they are arriving. Lastly, the movers were kind and upbeat, true professionals.
I would recommend Diamond movers to anyone making a move; they are the best!
