My husband and I have moved many times together and used several movers and Diamond Movers are by far the best we have ever worked with. From the start their customer service, ease to work with and day of communication and service were impeccable. They accommodated a last minute change to our move date due to unforeseen circumstances on our part and made it so easy. They recommended an extra mover and hit their time estimate exactly. They are worth every penny and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I will also be using them for future moves. Thank you for taking the stress out of the actual moving part of our move. And did I mention how fast they are. We had two stops of loading and one unload with stairs and they did it all in 8 hours. This was a County to County move with 5 guys and two full trucks. They were amazing!
First time using a moving service. Diamond movers did a great job. Thanks to Max and Davi they showed up on time and worked tirelessly to pack and unpack after move. Can’t complain it was cost effective and they did everything in timely fashion. Will use them again if needed and let my friends know about them.

Great experience today with Diamond Movers. Estimate was for a start time between 8-10am and approximately 4-6 hours move time. These guys are EFFICIENT. We started at 8:40am, they had our two bedroom two bath place loaded in no time. Even boxed a few things for us we hadn’t gotten to yet. We were all done in 4-1/2 hours total, no extra surprise fees. One reason I picked these guys is they were the only ones to give me a written quote, which they adjusted based on my inventory list so I would know what to expect. Came in right at the lower end of the quote. These guys were fast, but also took care to wrap everything with blankets and plastic. Thanks to Tom, Ilon, and Eddie for a painless move!

Movers did a good job moving our items 2x. Why I gave a low score is because of how pushy they are with leaving a tip. Like he demanded at least 25%. I was definitely put on the spot and it did NOT leave a good taste in my mouth. I read online later that tipping movers is not that much is not expected.
I found Diamond movers here on Yelp. Allow me to add another 5 star review for their moving services. They showed up on time, kept their masks on the entire time (which makes working even more difficult). I was impressed how the three movers worked so well together, moving my belongings efficiently but also with care. My move start to finish, boxes and furniture, was completed in five hours, very close to the estimate. I also like their reservation system and paying a deposit. There was never a worry that they may not show up. With text alerts, you know the moment they are arriving. Lastly, the movers were kind and upbeat, true professionals.
I would recommend Diamond movers to anyone making a move; they are the best!

We booked them to move out of our 2 BR apartment. Three guys came out and immediately got to work wrapping all of our large pieces of furniture. They do a great job of wrapping items, so everything is protected during the move. They were super efficient, and there was no idle time. The booking process was efficient – I just used their online portal to tell them what kind of inventory I had, and they gave me a quote based off of that. The guys showed up on time, and finished under the quoted time. Big thanks to Tom, Ilon, and Tim. Would recommend.
First, there was the estimate, which turned out to be about half of what I was charged. According to one of the workers, this is an ongoing problem with the management there. They routinely underestimate the amount of time for the move. The workers were working hard and fast, but it takes time to move an entire household. Secondly, these movers speak Russian primarily, which was somewhat fun because I speak some Russian. Unfortunately, however, several of them apparently don’t understand or read any English, which caused some problems. As one example, I had several open boxes of items that I had planned to take to the new home myself because they are items that I need and use every day. I asked the workers to leave these open boxes and just move the closed boxes. One of them didn’t understand me, and I stepped away to do some other things. When I came back, my open boxes were gone. I started to panic, as I had about 140 boxes of items. I expressed concern, and the worker brought 2 of them back. Unfortunately, another one that I really need didn’t make it back, and I still can’t find it. Additionally, I had marked the boxes so they could go to the correct room. Unfortunately, because some of them don’t read English, the box marked “Master BR: Shoes” wound up in my kitchen. Boxes marked “Shed” wound up everywhere…In my bedroom, the kitchen, living room, etc. Last, they inadvertently packed boxes in the truck without first pulling out the wardrobe boxes. Just prior to leaving the house, they had me do a walk-through. My walk-in closet was still full of items…boxes and, of course, clothing. They explained that they couldn’t get to the wardrobe boxes and asked me to take my clothes in my car. I had to decline because my car had all my musical instruments and 2 of the boxes with important items and was full. They then rigged a hanging system with the dollys, which worked pretty well. Unfortunately, when we got to the next house, they squeezed all my walk-in clothing in one small closet, when they could have used a second closet. Clothing was falling off the hangers, and they just threw those clothes up on a shelf. It took me 2 days to sort through the mess in my closet. When they left, they left a mountain of plastic wrap, and forgot to take the plastic wrap off of the dining room chairs. When I complained about that, they did return to remove it. Also, prior to moving, one of the doors on my hutch was broken. Now two of the doors on my hutch are broken, so one was broken in the move. Kevin was great, and Tim was fine. So…be careful with the cost. If you are moving from a 3 BR home, the move will probably take 6 hours, rather than the 3 they will estimate. Make sure that the one or two who speak fairly fluent English understand all your directions, and have them put your clothing in the wardrobe boxes first.
I’m updating my review from 2 stars to 4, as the owner of the company, Almas, has agreed to refund me for some of the difference between the estimate and the final charges. That does help.
